If you decide to rent out your property to another tenant or simply take a break from renting this apartment for a bit, you should archive the payment for the rental.

1. Log in to Rentberry.com and go to the "Payments" section.

2. Click "Edit," located after the property’s address.

3. Select "Archive Payment" in the top right corner.

4. Done! Now your tenant will no longer be able to pay for this rental, and you won’t receive any more rental payments. To activate this property again, you’d have to invite the tenant to pay rent.
