How Custom Offers Work?

Our unique Custom Offer feature helps tenants and landlords find common ground faster without shady deals and secretive bids.

Whenever you apply for a home on the Rentberry platform, you can offer custom monthly rent and security deposit amounts. This makes the rental negotiations more flexible.

For example, you can offer a lower security deposit amount and a higher monthly rent. This may help if you don't have enough money right now, but you're ready to pay a bit more on a monthly basis. 

However, our main goal is to help you save on rent by offering real market value instead of unsubstantiated pricing.

In order to make a custom offer, you only need to click on the "Apply" button on the property listing page.

You will see the custom offer form, and you'll be offered to set the monthly price and deposit amount. 

To ensure the transparency of the custom offers system, we prepared a tool for the real market demand evaluation.

Instead of making an offer blindly, you can see the applications of other tenants and adjust yours accordingly.
