1. Go to Rentberry.com, click "Properties" at the top menu, and choose the "My Place" tab.

2. Select your rental.

3. Click on the "Fill Request" button.

4. Describe the issue and choose the priority depending on how soon you want the work to be done.

5. Click on the "Send Request" and wait for the landlord to come and help you.
